Position Summary:

The Marketing Intern will support the marketing department in executing operational tasks related to various campaigns and initiatives. This role will focus on streamlining processes, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing strategies and tactics.

Work Model:

Core Lab & Ops: This role typically requires that the majority of the work be conducted on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the marketing plans in Brazil, supporting to implement key marketing initiatives as well tactics to support patient identification, demand generation, retention and reimbursement support for XLH, MPSVII, FAOD and HoFH businesses
  • Assist with the coordination of offsite meetings (logistics, hotel booking, meeting rooms, etc.).
  • Collaborates with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant development and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Submit legal contracts (CDA’s, MSA’s, SOW’s, Amendments, and Change Orders) in the Icertis Contract system.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, filing, and database systems.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and marketing events using analytics tools.
  • Manage and update the company's digital initiatives (Ongoing Project, social media profiles and website…)

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
