About the role

Help build the front door to a new mental healthcare system for kids. As a bilingual (Spanish/English) Care Operations Associate at Marble, you’ll guide parents from referral to intake with speed, clarity, and empathy. You’ll manage a high-volume pipeline, collaborate closely with our Growth, Product, and Engineering teams, and strengthen the processes that help families access care—often within 24 hours. If you’re energized by fast-paced operations and meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do

Drive referral-to-intake conversion

  • Manage a caseload of referred families, serving as their trusted partner at a critical introduction to their Marble care journey
  • Engage with families across multiple touchpoints—answering questions, resolving blockers, and navigating complex cases with clarity and empathy
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering to unblock cases, streamline workflows, and improve the tools that support your day-to-day work

Bring frontline insights back into product

  • Surface real-time learnings on where families get stuck and what improves conversion
  • Provide feedback on product, tools, and messaging to streamline the intake experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years professional experience
  • Experience working at a startup or high-growth environment, ideally in a role that requires ambiguous problem solving
  • Experience in high-communication roles requiring structured phone and/or Zoom conversations

Ideal traits

❤️ Bridge-Builder

  • Builds instant trust with families, counselors, and teammates
  • Communicates with warmth, clarity, and steadiness during stressful moments
  • Helps families feel supported from the very first touchpoint

🕵️ Detective

  • Works through ambiguity and complex cases with curiosity and calm
  • Spots patterns, uncovers blockers, and finds practical paths forward
  • Thrives when the answer isn’t obvious and the situation is evolving

💪 Closer

  • Keeps families moving toward intake with consistent follow-through
  • Re-engages, retries, and removes friction—because getting kids into care matters
  • Brings positive energy and stamina to high-volume, high-impact work

⚙️Operator

  • Manages a detailed caseload with discipline and precision
  • Maintains clean notes, tight pipelines, and reliable daily rhythms
  • Turns structure, organization, and consistency into better outcomes for families
