Echodyne offers the world’s first compact solid-state true beam-steering radar for a wide range of industries and applications. Our high-performance radars work in all weather and are designed for autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft & drones, and security of borders, critical infrastructure, and smart cities. The company combines the patented technology of metamaterials with powerful software to create a radar sensor with unprecedented performance at commercial price points. Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).


Echodyne is looking for a Marketing Manager to join out dynamic team!

The Marketing Manager ensures smooth operation by assisting with and eventually running marketing projects, including campaigns, content creation, and events, among other duties.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Excellent project management skills. Very efficient and organized. Is comfortable handling many projects simultaneously. For example, a portfolio of work over the next several weeks that includes delivering on ten (10) different events.
  • Excellent communications skills. Unafraid to engage with external event organizers, show vendors, and myriad service providers.
  • Understands the Critical Infrastructure Protection, National/Homeland Security, or Defense cultures and has supported GTM (go to market) motions in one or more of these markets
  • Digital chops. Must have experience with marketing and enterprise tools and be comfortable adapting to new tools and platforms
  • Outlook, Slack, and Trello primary tools
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn capabilities
  • Capable of designing campaigns and creating outreach materials in target commercial channels
  • Some travel required, typically for the length of an event (<40% time).
  • Preference for local candidates. Hybrid/Remote is an option.

BASIC PROFICIENCIES

  • Enjoys engaging with new people and new situations frequently
  • Proficient across all Microsoft products (Outlook, Office)
  • Some proficiency with Adobe creative suite is a plus
  • Proficient with one or more marketing automation suites (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience, 3 years in high growth, high energy environment
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managing and heavy personal engagement facilitating and managing exhibitions at trade shows and conventions
  • Military experience a plus

WHAT WE OFFER

The pay range for this position is $101,000 - $151,300 annually.
