Role OverviewWe are looking for a Head of Operations to lead and scale Telgea’s operational engine as we grow across markets.
You will own the entire operational landscape of the company - from supplier management and telecom infrastructure to billing processes, customer delivery, compliance, and cross-functional alignment.
This is a mission-critical role requiring exceptional structure, ownership, and clarity of thinking.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership- Build, lead, and continuously optimize Telgea’s global operations function.
- Ensure seamless rollout of new country launches, in collaboration with product, engineering, and commercial teams.
- Maintain operational excellence across provisioning, SIM logistics, activation flows, and customer onboarding.
- Manage relationships with mobile network operators (MNOs/MVNAs) in every country.
- Negotiate, evaluate, and optimize connectivity agreements.
- Ensure Telgea meets all regulatory requirements.
- Design and scale internal processes for billing, support, logistics, and compliance.
- Work with engineers to automate workflows and reduce manual overhead.
- Define operational KPIs and build dashboards to monitor performance, churn, and quality.
- Partner with the founders to shape strategy and operational priorities.
- Support Sales with feasibility checks, timelines, and operational constraints.
- Align with Product on roadmap requirements from an operations perspective.
- Oversee cost structures and margins related to telecom partnerships.
- Detect and mitigate risks across markets (regulatory, commercial, operational).
- Manage forecasting and budgeting within the operations domain.
Who You AreExperience- 5+ years in operations leadership, ideally in telecom, connectivity, SaaS, or global infrastructure.
- Experience working with mobile network operators or MVNO/MVNA environments is a strong plus.
- Background in scaling international operations preferred.
- Highly structured, process-driven, and comfortable with complexity.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
- Ability to build order and clarity in fast-moving environments.
- Comfortable with both strategic thinking and tactical execution.
