DataJoint makes software that operates some of the world’s most complex research, like MICrONS, the $100-million “Apollo Project for the Brain.” Our technology has cracked the problem of making data-intensive science reproducible. Today our platform operates computational pipelines for neuroscience labs at a dozen institutions including Harvard Medical School, UCSF, Johns Hopkins, and the National Eye Institute at NIH. We’re leading a transformation in the scientific method itself — a paradigm shift we call “SciOps.” Like GitHub and AWS did for software development, we aim to transform scientific research, as the foundation layer that opens up entirely new categories of products and services.
