Your territory

As part of our Firmware team, you will:

• Build top-tier firmware for a global leader in pet technology, with a strong focus on GNSS systems including GPS, Galileo, and BeiDou

• Continuously optimize code for power efficiency, positioning accuracy, and data performance

• Own features end-to-end - from concept to real-world deployment

• Collaborate with Architecture and cross-functional teams (Backend, QA, Support) while driving your projects independently

• Contribute to process improvements and team retrospectives

• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”

• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Several years of embedded firmware experience, with hands-on experience in GNSS systems

• Practical experience with GNSS chipsets and protocols

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear technical communication

• Collaborative, comfortable with cross-functional teamwork

• Very good English skills
