Your territory

As part of our Operations team, you will:

• Manage Amazon Seller Central operations and ensure smooth FBA shipments and restocking across multiple regions
• Coordinate and oversee global logistics flows from Asia to the EU, US, UK, and Canada, including customs handling and documentation
• Take ownership of warehouse restocking and inventory planning to keep products available where our customers need them
• Communicate confidently with internal teams, external partners, freight forwarders, and fulfillment centers
• Continuously identify ways to improve and automate processes across the supply chain and logistics
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Strong background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central operations (FBA/FBM)
• Knowledge of customs and international trade processes
• Solid understanding of warehouse and inventory management
• Excellent English skills
• German skills are a plus
• Valid Austrian work permit
