Your territory

As part of our Technical Support team, you will:

  • Dive into the fascinating world of advanced GPS tracking technology, helping us set new standards for innovation and reliability
  • Monitor and enhance the real-world performance of our GPS devices, ensuring they perform at their best in every paw-sible situation
  • Tackle complex technical challenges by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues that arise
  • Keep a close eye on performance indicators and help steer product success
  • Act as the go-to expert, responding to technical queries and supporting cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with the monitoring team to continuously improve firmware performance
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • Strong understanding of electronics and hardware-based products
  • Solid analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience designing or optimizing monitoring systems
  • Ideally, experience with microcontrollers and low-level programming
  • Very good English skills
