Your territory

As part of our Marketing Country Development team, you will:

  • Drive innovative marketing strategies tailored to Southern Europe (primarily Spain & Italy) to achieve business objectives and accelerate growth
  • Continuously track and evaluate KPIs across channels. Monitor market dynamics, identify growth opportunities and risks, and translate insights into actionable projects
  • Ensure efficient budget allocation across channels, adopting a full-funnel approach to marketing performance
  • Align with key stakeholders across teams – including SEA, Social Media, Design, and Media Buying – to lead key initiatives and contribute to EU-wide marketing excellence
  • Stay plugged into trends, shifts in consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape - and turn these insights into action
  • Challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas to improve marketing efficiency, campaign impact, and market-specific tactics
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better – you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops that help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce and data-driven marketing, with a strong focus on analyzing campaign performance and understanding cross-channel impact
  • Strategic thinker with a sharp analytical mindset and experience managing larger budgets across marketing channels
  • Solid understanding of key performance marketing channels and their influence on the funnel and overall business success
  • In-depth knowledge of the Spanish and/or Italian consumer behavior, cultural nuances, market trends, and media landscape
  • Native-level fluency in Spanish and/or Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good English skills
