- Design and Install one to three homes on a weekly basis utilizing Vesta’s inventory of furniture and decor to your best ability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all staging installations, partnering closely with the Sales team and Creative Director.
- Conduct a design handoff meeting with the sales rep and client to ensure project scope and alignment.
- Communicate needs to the scheduler, adhering to agreed-upon deadlines negotiated between sales, scheduling, and the client.
- Execute design projects effectively.
- Manage the installation crew during transit and on-site.
- Completing installations within the designated timeframe (typically 3 to 5 days).
- Provide daily feedback and installation requirements to sales and scheduling prior to installation or changes.
- Photograph completed projects, including all rooms and products.
- Create detailed and organized inventory lists using provided templates, accounting for all installed items.
- Manage project close-out for the design team, including organizing project photos, inventory, and updating the online database.
- Collaborate with designers to complete required mood boards for client presentations.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the management and execution of design projects.
- Represent the organization to clients with professionalism and integrity.
- Adhere to guidelines provided by the Operations Team.
- Facilitate the sale of Vesta Inventory from staged homes.
- Proficient in technology; experience with Google Suite preferred.
- 3+ years experience in the home staging and/or interior design field.
- Passionate about Design, Interiors, and/or Real Estate.
- Demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, and commitment; serve as a positive role model.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Work effectively in collaborative environments.
- Deadline-oriented and highly organized; adept at prioritizing tasks.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
