Our Operations Team is seeking a Senior Manager, Planning, Sales Operations & Logistics. You would be responsible for aligning demand, supply, and fulfillment. This role ensures a single, integrated operating plan across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, driving predictable execution and efficient delivery to customers. The essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Own demand planning and forecast consolidation across Sales, Product, and Finance.
- Lead the S&OP process and ensure alignment on a single operating plan.
- Translate forecasts into executable supply and production plans.
- Manage inventory strategy including safety stock and inventory targets.
- Oversee logistics and fulfillment to ensure on-time customer delivery.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, CM Manager, Procurement, and Finance.
- Establish operational cadences and KPI reporting dashboards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Develop relationships with team members built on trust and respect.
Education and work experience requirements are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field of study required.
- An advanced technical degree or an MBA is a strong plus.
- At least 7+ years overall experience in planning, supply chain, or sales operations.
- Experience with S&OP and demand planning processes.
- Experience managing logistics and fulfillment operations.
