As a BDR at TrackVia, your primary mission is to connect with potential prospects who inquire about our solutions to see if we can be helpful to them or not. If it looks like a potential fit, then your next job is to assist prospects by pointing them to free resources, setting them up to see a demo, trying out our free trial, or all of the above!

Responsibilities

  • Be a good, helpful ambassador of the company and our product to potential customers.
  • Follow-up and engage with inbound prospects to identify and explore their pain points, needs, and projects to determine if there is a potential fit.
  • If it makes sense, help the prospect book a demo meeting with a sales representative so they can learn more about TrackVia and how we can help them.
  • Provide a seamless handoff of the prospect to a Sales Representative to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide helpful feedback to Marketing and Sales regarding lead source effectiveness, company and persona targeting, and market and competitive intelligence

Requirements

  • Strong verbal, listening and communication skills.
  • Passion and desire to build a career in technology and sales.
  • High degree of responsiveness and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Comfort with cold calling and cold email outreach.
  • Driven and self-motivated to achieve results

Salary & Benefits

  • The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 depending upon related experience, with an additional $15,000 in variable compensation for an OTE of $60,000-$65,000.
