Position Overview: We’re seeking enthusiastic, self-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you'll proactively generate leads, perform cold outreach, and set up qualified meetings with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and emails to engage prospective clients. 
- Schedule and confirm a minimum of 5 qualified meetings per week. 
- Represent Tavrn professionally at industry conferences (10–25% travel required). 
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using our CRM platform. 
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure seamless lead transitions. 
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in tech sales (or similar sales-related role). 
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with a positive, can-do attitude. 
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to industry events. 
- Comfortable with cold calling and persistent outreach.
