Position Overview: We are looking for ambitious and relationship-focused Account Executives to join our growing sales team. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and engagement through negotiation and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective clients, proactively driving sales cycles to closure.

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to client needs and workflows.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted accounts.

  • Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and performance metrics.

  • Represent Tavrn at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably with a background in SaaS or AI solutions.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and goals.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple sales cycles and customer relationships simultaneously.

  • Comfortable navigating complex customer requirements and sales processes.

  • Highly competitive compensation with uncapped commissions. Base $160,000 target commission $160,000 for OTE $320,000
