Company Description
Swiftly is on a mission to help cities move more efficiently. We are the leading transit data platform for agencies to share real-time passenger information, manage day-to-day operations, and improve service performance. Today, over 180 transit agencies in 11 countries – including LA Metro, MARTA, SEPTA, and MBTA – rely on Swiftly to improve on-time performance by up to 40% and increase passenger information accuracy by up to 50%. The result is better service reliability, increased ridership, and more efficient transit operations.
Even though Swiftly's HQ office is located in San Francisco, CA, we are open to candidates in most locations across the U.S. as well as Ontario and British Columbia, Canada. At this time we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship.
Solutions Architects at Swiftly
The Solutions Architect will be a member of the Solutions Engineering (SE) team, while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
The SE team is part of Swiftly's Sales organization. They partner with Account Managers to help existing customers understand the value and ROI of new Swiftly products and successfully close upsell opportunities. They also work with Account Executives to deliver the same value and ROI story to prospective agencies.
As subject-matter experts in both the transit domain and Swiftly’s solutions, the SE team plays a critical role in bridging technical expertise with customer needs. They provide trusted guidance to agencies, while also relaying feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform future development.
Within this team, Solutions Architects specialize in the in-vehicle technology aspects of Swiftly’s solutions and customer and prospect opportunities. They bring deep technical expertise to help agencies evaluate, implement, adopt, and maximize the benefits of Swiftly’s in-vehicle technology solutions.
