Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store inventory levels based on sales, seasonality, store capacity, and input from retail leadership.
- Analyze sales patterns to develop and maintain SKU-level preferred stock levels for each of our retail locations (7).
- Devise and execute store-level initial allocation and replenishment plans for new collections.
- Develop strong relationships with retail team as well as other cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Report on sell-through rates and ASPs (Average Selling Price) for seasonal and innovation products, providing insight on sales tactics performance.
- Actualize and maintain retail and e-commerce forecasts for core items, taking into consideration recent forecast accuracy results to help with future planning.
- Assist in new seasonal collection projection, post-mortem/hindsight, and ad hoc reports and analyses.
- Support with daily reporting on shipped and open e-commerce, Amazon, and VDF (Vendor Direct Fulfillment) orders.
- Publish weekly retail and e-commerce sales reports with key information like top sellers, sell-through rates, and week-over-week changes.
- Partner with retail team on monthly orders for branded supplies like ribbons, shopping bags, and candy samples.
- Actively recommend changes and/or enhancements to current procedures and systems for both planning and allocation functions.
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of industry experience
- Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude
