The Director/VP of Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for our centralized, state-of-the-art Las Vegas warehouse and fulfillment center. This facility serves as the newly consolidated hub for our portfolio of luxury brands, housing both our premier candy company and our recently integrated corporate gifting sister brand. This executive role is fully responsible for driving operational excellence across inventory, freight, order fulfillment, supplies, facility maintenance, and workforce optimization—specifically focusing on extracting operational synergies across our multi-brand portfolio.
A core focus of this role is masterfully managing the facility’s labor scheduling and shift planning to dynamically deploy shared workforce resources, maximize productivity, and balance seasonal demand spikes across brands. The VP works in close lockstep with corporate Planning, Sales, and QA/Regulatory departments to ensure seamless execution, maintain strict climate-controlled food storage quality standards, and scaling fulfillment capabilities as our brand portfolio grows
