What We’re Looking For:

As a Sales Coordinator you’ll work with our Fashion Majors and Key Accounts Sales Team to provide ongoing account maintenance, order management, and sales support. You will play an integral role in helping support the growth and success of the Fashion Majors and Key Accounts business. Our business is fast paced and exciting! We are looking for someone who possesses strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):

  • Support the day to day account management, tasks include: EDI order checking, price ticket ordering, VDF site audits and inventory maintenance, and Product Specification Sheets.
  • Product information entry into key account portals.
  • Order entry, order confirmations, and providing tracking to customers.
  • Pull sales data to provide to management.
  • Sample Traffic Management – Consolidate sample needs from the sales team and coordinate timeline updates with planning. Prepare and ship out samples to customers.
  • Sales Presentation Decks - Create Sales Presentation Decks used to sell collections.
  • Maintaining order trackers and prospect/new distribution lists for sales team.
  • Customer information audits and system updates.
  • Image Resizing and supporting customer image requests.

Education & Skills:

  • High School diploma required; College degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales operations, analysis, project management, or another related field.
  • Computer proficiency, including the MS Office Suite.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and seek out resources (and can provide examples of each).
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus; experience with NetSuite is even better.
  • Experience with EDI is a plus.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task a must
