What We’re Looking For:

As the Corporate Gifting Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the growth of revenue of the corporate gifting department with existing concierge clients, as well as bringing in new concierge clients. This role is key in developing new strategies that elevate the gifting concierge client experience, streamline processes, build and meet new budgets, and assist in training new sales team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for all existing and new customers and their incoming custom/non-custom corporate and personal gifting inquiries.
  • Be the face of the Sugarfina Gifting Concierge and representative of the Sugarfina brand.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key and strategic customers including PPAI’s and companies across all industries, ie. Finance, Law Firms, Real Estate, Tech, Fashion, Entertainment, Sports, etc.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your accounts through the analysis of your client’s business data as well as order history; utilize data to implement strategies to increase sales.
  • Work with planning and executive team to determine monthly and yearly sales budgets, projected inventory, and then work strategically to meet and exceed these sales plans.
  • Become an expert in our product line and your customer’s needs so that you can provide knowledgeable, best recommendations.
  • Anticipate client needs and overcome obstacles that may arise with proactive problem solving.
  • Monitor the landscape and create strategies for new corporate gifting opportunities.
  • Prioritize prospecting for new opportunities by researching, targeting the right contacts, and maintaining relationships.
  • Think outside the box on how we can expand existing client relationships and capitalize on opportunity by keeping the company’s bottom line in mind.
  • Diligently maintain detailed trackers and reports on ongoing projects to provide visbility on the business and strategize on the path to hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI’s.
  • Manage direct reports and lead the day-to-day efforts, including but not limited to project assignments, providing performance feedback, partnering with executive leadership on any performance related issues to create action plans.
  • Enhance the department by taking ownership in accomplishing new and unique requests/projects while exploring additional opportunities to add value to accomplished projects and the overall department.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments including creative, planning, and order management, to fulfill custom orders.
  • Perform other essential duties for the whole sales team as assigned.
  • Hold yourself to the highest standards and be an example for the rest of the sales team.

Education & Skills:

  • BA preferred
  • 4+ years of account management, preferably with a luxury brand
  • Experience in Corporate gifting and working with PPAI’s a plus.
  • Exceptional Customer Service, Writing, and Time Management Skills
  • Proficient in Data Entry, Retrieval and Analysis.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant hardware and software technologies.
  • Prior experience with Net Suite is a plus.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are a must.
