What We’re Looking For:

The IT Support Specialist will be a self-motivated individual responsible for the technical support of our equipment and networks. Troubleshooting and working with the team to ensure all technology and tools are functioning and available, both onsite and remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle in-bound helpdesk tickets through phone, Teams and email
  • Work with individuals with a wide range of computer skills, specifically when communicating technical information
  • Work with IOS (Mac Laptops and IPads), PC’s with Windows 10 and Windows 11, Android Handhelds
  • Perform password resets, software installation, printer troubleshooting, computer equipment replacement, and escalation of ticket(s) to the appropriate IT staff member as necessary
  • Create new hire accounts, deploy new computers, and troubleshoot network connectivity
  • Manage O365 Environment to include Sharepoint, Teams, Exchange, Purview Policies, and Entra ID SSO
  • Assist in the maintenance and administration of VOIP systems
  • Maintain internal documentation
  • Participate in an IT on-call rotation
  • Perform other responsibilities as required

Experience and skills

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proficient with, Adobe Suite, Netsuite, Datto RMM, UPS, Asana, POS software and others
  • Be hands-on, ready to help and work on various projects
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Responsive and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to provide 100% phone support
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Eager to learn new concepts
  • Passion for computers and technology
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Comfortable climbing stairs and ladders to perform work

Other Requirements:

  • Must be available to provide remote network support to retail operations after hours and on weekends and holidays as needed
