Requirements

Must-haves

  • 4+ years of graphic design experience
  • Experience designing B2B marketing, sales enablement, educational, or technical materials
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design
  • Experience conducting user research with international customers and translating feedback into design improvements
  • Experience working from incomplete briefs to independently develop design solutions
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Experience with AI tools and modern creative workflows
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, intuitive visual communications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from concept through final execution
  • Ability to take direct feedback and iterate quickly
  • Deep knowledge of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

  • Startup experience
  • Experience in web design and/or UX design
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or FinTech
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent

What you will work on

  • Design polished PDFs, one-pagers, presentations, educational guides, and other advisor- and client-facing materials
  • Translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, visually compelling content
  • Establish design standards, templates, and systems that scale with the company
  • Maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across all materials
  • Conduct user research with international customers and turn feedback into design improvements
  • Collaborate with founders and teammates across product, growth, and client-facing functions
  • Use Figma and Canva as primary design tools, incorporating AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) into daily workflow
