Requirements

Must-haves

  • 3+ years of data analytics experience
  • Proficiency with Excel (e.g. complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, data visualization)
  • Experience with VBA Programming
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Experience in financial analysis, Business Intelligence, or revenue operations reporting
  • Experience evaluating tool enhancement requests with cross-functional teams (Proposals, Finance, Sales), balancing commercial and financial objectives
  • Experience translating and documenting business requirements through direct stakeholder collaboration
  • Ability to navigate complex, non-standard scenarios and develop practical solutions with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables under aggressive deadlines and short turnaround times
  • Ability to balance business needs with financial and operational processes through critical thinking and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

  • Startup experience
  • Understanding of SQL to query and manipulate data from a central data warehouse
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

What you will work on

  • Act as embedded technical resource within a specific business unit, supporting internal teams
  • Maintain and optimize an existing budgeting tool while supporting transition to future data models
  • Own the budgeting spreadsheet, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Integrate new data streams and enhance existing data flows into current reporting structures
  • Bridge Excel-based processes and the central data warehouse to drive transition to BI
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable reports and insights
