Requirements
Must-haves
- 6+ years of experience as a QA
- Proficiency in mobile automation
- Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
- Experience with back-end data system testing, including database queries, API testing, and data validation
- Experience with tools like: Playwright, Postman, BitBucket, TestRail, Testmo, etc
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, etc.)
- Deep understanding of software development principles, cycles, and Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves
- Startup experience
- Prior work shipping agents, authoring evaluation frameworks, or having relevant public work to highlight
What you will work on
- Design and execute automated test frameworks, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile and web applications
- Conduct back-end data system testing, including database validation, API testing, and data integrity checks
- Perform regression testing to validate software changes and ensure backward compatibility
- Build and maintain QA agents for exploratory testing, triage, flaky test remediation, and regression suites stable across UI changes
- Define and implement a methodology for detecting regressions in LLM-powered features beyond ad hoc observation
- Treat prompts as production artifacts (version-controlled, peer-reviewed, and held to the same standards as any other code)
- Use AI coding tools daily (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.), exercising judgment over all AI-generated output before it is committed or shipped
- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects and support timely, high-quality releases
