Requirements

Must-haves

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Required Certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder; Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and GTM processes in B2B or PLG SaaS environments
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data models, APIs, and SQL
  • Ability to design and deliver scalable GTM systems and automation workflows
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools and automation best practices
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

  • Startup experience
  • Certifications: Salesforce Data Architect; Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect
  • Experience with Apex
  • Experience with Clay, HubSpot, Gong, ChurnZero, Wrike, DocuSign, Zuora, Guru, Slack, Google Workspace

What you will work on

  • Act as lead builder for go-to-market systems and solutions
  • Translate architectural direction into technical requirements and end-to-end GTM implementations
  • Refactor legacy systems and implement scalable automation to improve reliability
  • Go-to-Market Engineering & Delivery
  • Build and optimize complex Salesforce Flows and integrations within a multi-tool GTM ecosystem
  • Design and implement automated workflows across systems (Clay, Gong, HubSpot) to streamline customer journeys
  • Develop trigger-based logic combining fit, intent, and engagement signals for lead enrichment and prioritization
  • Map GTM processes, identify system gaps, and implement improvements for scalability and performance
  • Prioritize declarative configurations and use Apex only when necessary
  • Integration & Systems Connectivity
  • Design and manage integrations prioritizing native connections and leveraging APIs or middleware (Make.com, Zapier) when needed
  • Assess current system architecture and propose scalable technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance on system capabilities, constraints, and trade-offs
  • Operations & Delivery Excellence
  • Execute sprint tasks and contribute to larger roadmap initiatives
  • Document requirements, manage UAT processes, support deployments, and validate releases
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and CX Ops to ensure system alignment across the lifecycle
