Requirements

Must-haves

  • 4-6 years of professional experience
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Advanced certification in both Salesforce (Admin/Architect) and HubSpot (Marketing/Sales Hub)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Architect, HubSpot Marketing Hub, HubSpot Sales Hub
  • Ability to manage Salesforce–HubSpot integrations, including custom mappings and synchronization error resolution
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Workflow Rules, Flows) and HubSpot configuration features (Custom Properties, Sequences)
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

What you will work on

  • This is a part-time role (30 hours/week) for a 1 – 3 months contract
  • Lead a full audit and optimization of the CRM ecosystem, focusing on Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Assess existing Salesforce and HubSpot architectures to identify inefficiencies, technical debt, and improvement opportunities
  • 1. Phase I: Comprehensive CRM Audit
  • Conduct a deep assessment of Salesforce and HubSpot system architectures
  • Analyze current implementations to identify inefficiencies, technical debt, and integration gaps
  • Produce a Systems Health Report highlighting effective workflows, broken processes, data silos, redundant automations, API limitations, and sync issues
  • Define a remediation roadmap including prioritized improvements, recommended optimizations, and an implementation timeline
  • 2. Phase II: Technical Execution & Remediation
  • Execute the approved remediation roadmap as the primary technical owner for both CRM platforms
  • Reconfigure CRM objects, fields, and page layouts to align with business requirements
  • Optimize or rebuild the Salesforce–HubSpot integration to ensure reliable and consistent data synchronization
  • Cleanse and deduplicate CRM data to maintain a reliable single source of truth
  • Build advanced reporting and dashboards across Salesforce and HubSpot
