Requirements
Must-haves
- 4+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of React Native experience
- Proficiency with mobile application development and release management
- Ability to manage end-to-end mobile deployments and store submission workflows
- Deep knowledge of App Store, Google Play Store policies and approval processes
- Deep understanding of mobile release cycles and store compliance requirements
- Interest in building and maintaining production mobile applications
- Availability to manage mobile deployments and application maintenance
- Based in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, Chile, and Mexico
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves
- Startup experience
- Familiarity with Expo for CI/CD workflows
- Experience managing App Store, Google Play Store submission processes and policy compliance
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
- Develop and improve mobile features: Implement enhancements and resolve issues for existing Ignite AI mobile applications
- Maintain live mobile products: Ensure stability, reliability, and ongoing improvements to production apps
- Manage release lifecycle: Oversee build versioning, deployments, store submissions, approvals (App Store, Google Play Store)
- Maintain store compliance: Monitor Apple, Google policy updates to ensure continued app availability and compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams: Align mobile functionality with the broader AI platform roadmap and feature set
