Requirements

Must-haves

  • 3+ years of business systems analysis experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Experience with Slack, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce administration and platform configuration
  • Ability to translate business requirements into structured technical documentation
  • Ability to manage stakeholder communication across business and technical teams
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and core functionalities
  • Deep understanding of business process mapping and sprint-based delivery
  • Interest in revenue operations and systems optimization
  • Availability to support bi-weekly sprint cycles and cross-functional initiatives
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
  • Based in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, Chile, and Mexico
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, Zuora, TurnZero

What you will work on

  • Lead sprint execution: Manage bi-weekly sprint cycles including backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, mid-sprint reviews, sprint wrap-ups
  • Drive discovery sessions: Translate high-level business requests into structured user stories and functional documentation
  • Own request intake and triage: Review and prioritize incoming items from Slack, Salesforce Cases
  • Prepare executive reporting: Build and present bi-weekly progress updates and velocity reports for leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams: Serve as primary liaison for Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Customer Experience Ops
  • Coordinate cross-department initiatives: Track milestones, align stakeholders, ensure timelines are met
  • Manage testing cycles: Schedule and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document pre-release and post-release outcomes
  • Maintain internal documentation: Create and update SOPs, user guides, process documentation in Guru
  • Enforce governance standards: Ensure Salesforce enhancements align with platform best practices and internal controls
