Requirements

Must-haves

  • 2-5 years of software development experience in technical implementations, integrations, or delivery-focused roles
  • Experience with integrations in banking and/or the mortgage industry
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with managing API (REST, SOAP)
  • Proficiency with HTML and CSS
  • Experience with data platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce, TotalExpert, Encompass, CDPs)
  • Ability to manage customer-facing technical implementations and project timelines
  • Ability to manage external technical partnerships and vendor relationships
  • Ability to communicate operational and strategic concepts to executive audiences
  • Experience creating prioritization frameworks with Product and Engineering teams
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

  • Startup experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

What you will work on

  • Lead the technical implementation of company products for new customers from kickoff to deployment
  • Own end-to-end technical project management for integrations and implementations, ensuring delivery against milestones
  • Act as a technical bridge between Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Product Engineering teams
  • Partner with customers to understand technical requirements and tailor implementation approaches
  • Translate customer needs into technical configurations, mappings, and integration setups
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve implementation speed, reliability, scalability, and data connectivity
  • Troubleshoot implementation and integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams
  • Support and monitor integration support channels to assist existing customers
  • Test new and existing integrations and provide structured feedback to guide product investment decisions
  • Onboard new integrations and define custom data mappings and configurations
  • Gather customer and internal feedback to continuously improve implementation processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner platform stakeholders to align roadmaps and integration strategies
  • This role requires a combination of project management skills, technical expertise, and exceptional customer communication
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities
