Requirements

Must-haves

  • 3–5 years of marketing, brand, agency experience
  • Strong portfolio showing digital, campaign, brand, motion/data visuals
  • Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign)
  • Proficiency with layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and composition
  • Ability to create compelling visual stories and strong conceptual design work
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and incorporate feedback effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on schedule
  • Deep attention to detail and consistency across assets
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

  • Startup experience
  • Experience with interactive or web prototyping tools (Framer, etc.)
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (After Effects, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web constraints
  • Experience creating data visualizations or infographics
  • Video editing skills for short-form content
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments
  • Experience expanding and scaling visual systems across channels
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design, or equivalent

What you will work on

  • Create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing channels (web, email, ads, social, landing pages) and offline campaigns
  • Support product marketing initiatives, campaign launches, and sales enablement materials
  • Maintain and evolve brand systems, visual standards, and core design guidelines
  • Collaborate in ideation, concept development, and creative brainstorming sessions
  • Design motion elements, infographics, and data visualizations when needed
  • Prepare presentation decks for internal teams, executives, and external audiences
  • Ensure design quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all touchpoints
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines
