We’re looking for a Product Designer with 2+ years of experience to join as one of our earliest design hires. You’ll work on everything from designing new features end-to-end to refining our growing component library and design system. Expect to collaborate closely with our Chief Product Officer, Head of Design, and engineers as we untangle complex GTM workflows and turn them into intuitive product experiences.

You’ll play a key role in shaping both the product and the culture of the company. Our founder has deep experience in this space, having previously built and sold a company in the same domain.

What You’ll Do

• Help design thoughtful, data-rich user experiences for sales and operations teams navigating public sector workflows.

• Contribute to our evolving Starbridge Design System, help adding new components and patterns as the product grows.

• Turn complex ideas into approachable, user-friendly designs—with guidance and support along the way.

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer, Head of Design, and engineering on fast-moving product cycles.

Compensation Range: $110K - $140K
