What You'll Do
- Operate our snowmaking system (fan-guns, high-pressure pump and distribution lines, and high-voltage electrical system) to help create and maintain great skiing conditions.
- Ride and operate snowmobiles and ATVs responsibly.
- Work outdoors, day and night, as part of a supportive team that makes winter fun possible.
- Comfortable working in cold outdoor environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn-experience with high-pressure water systems or high-voltage electricity is a plus.
- Ability to follow safety directions and protocols closely.
- Physically able to handle lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally more), climbing, kneeling, and standing for periods of time.
- Snowmaking experience is great but not required-we'll train the right person!
- Seasonal role: Early December through mid-February.
- Schedule: Irregular hours, including some nights-snowmaking happens when conditions are right.
- Pay: Starting at $24/hour, with potential for more based on experience.
