What You’ll Do

To accelerate our momentum, we’re expanding our presence by hiring a Director of Agency Partnerships in New York to own and expand strategic relationships across the agency landscape. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a commercially driven operator who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves being in market, and wants to build a reputation as a trusted partner to the most influential buyers, planners, and decision-makers in advertising.

We’re looking for someone who brings not just experience, but influence: strong brand and agency relationships, sharp strategic thinking, and a creative, solution-oriented mindset. Driving a consultative and strategic approach to sales and relationship building will be key to driving revenue growth and deepening relationships across Spotter’s client ecosystem.

If you’re passionate about the creator economy and digital advertising, a self starter and a builder at heart who thrives in a fast paced environment, this role is for you!

  • Own and expand strategic partnerships with customers and agencies across multiple verticals
  • Drive revenue through selling premium library of YouTube creator content
  • Hunt for new opportunities within existing and net-new accounts to cover entire account list
  • Operate with intentionality and high levels of activity across weekly client meetings and client entertainment
  • Represent Spotter in market, with client & event travel, leading meetings, and building real relationships through face-to-face engagement

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-8+ years of experience in digital advertising across brands, agencies, or platforms, with a clear record of rapid progression, increasing responsibility, and sales experience
  • Experience in digital video advertising, CTV, and/or YouTube
  • Carries a deep understanding of how agencies operate – including: planning, investment, strategy, and client management – with the ability to navigate conversations from junior buyers to EVP and C-suite leaders
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals, developing and breaking new business. You’ve been selling for a while, whether or not your title said “sales” – influencing decisions, shaping narratives, and driving outcomes is second nature to you
  • Strong team player and ability to move fast, be bold and perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence
  • Energized by winning – new meetings, new budgets, new relationships – and comfortable being uncomfortable in pursuit of growth.
  • Excels at prospecting new clients, generating leads and closing deals.
  • Thrives at creative problem solving with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Naturally curious with a desire to bring fresh ideas
  • Consultative, thoughtful and direct approach to breaking new business with a track record of performance over goal to prove it
  • A team player who collaborates closely with cross functional partners, is honest, accountable, and trustworthy
  • Able and willing to travel to respective markets
