What You’ll Do:

The Ads Marketing & Growth Manager will lead the development of Spotter’s strategic positioning, external messaging, and sales materials to drive revenue growth and strengthen Spotter’s leadership in the Creator Economy. You will own integrated proposal development and high-impact RFP responses, translating Creator-first insights, cultural moments, and Spotter’s advertising solutions into compelling narratives for brands and agencies. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic leader with deep media sales experience, exceptional written and visual communication skills, and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Spotter’s end-to-end RFP and proposal strategy for priority brand and agency opportunities, setting the narrative direction, integrated approach, and recommendation framework that brings together Spotter’s full suite of creator-led advertising solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional pitch development across Sales, Research, Planning, Creator Partnerships, Product, and Operations, driving alignment, timelines, and stakeholder input to deliver cohesive, insight-driven proposals and presentations.
  • Elevate Spotter’s go-to-market positioning and core sales story, ensuring messaging is creator-first, advertiser-relevant, and differentiated, and that sales materials consistently reflect Spotter’s strategic priorities and marketplace leadership.
  • Develop and refine premium, high-impact sales materials including pitch decks, creator portfolio overviews, category POVs, tentpole packages, case studies, sizzles, and one-sheets that improve proposal quality, speed, and win rates in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Partner with Ads Research and third party measurement partners to build unique methodologies that elevate the value of the creator economy and the Spotter value proposition.
  • Drive integrated solutioning and packaging, collaborating with Product, Planning, and Operations to position new ad products and advertiser-ready offerings, ensuring proposals are supported with clear value propositions and modular components that scale.
  • Lead project management and production oversight for executed campaigns, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure approved proposals are translated into clear campaign plans, deliverables, timelines, and execution-ready materials.
  • Manage cross-functional workflows during campaign execution, coordinating with Sales, Creative, Creator Partnerships, and Operations to ensure assets, approvals, and deliverables are on track and aligned to advertiser expectations.
  • Maintain and evolve Ads Marketing resources and tools that support sales storytelling and execution across the organization.

Who You Are:

Education & Experience/Certifications:

  • 4-7+ years of related ad sales/integrated marketing experience
  • College degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication/presentation skills (written, verbal and visual) with demonstrated ability to transform creative positioning narratives into compelling sales materials and collateral
  • Cross-media fluency is a huge plus with a particular specialization in digital and social video
  • Team player and effective collaborator who is willing to roll up their sleeves
  • Proven ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects and priorities independently in a
  • Detail-oriented, organized, creative problem solver
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets & Google Slides.
  • Ability to learn new proprietary software and processes quickly and proficiently
  • Creative development experience is a plus (graphic design, video editing)

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $135K-$150K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees.
