SI-BONE developed an innovative, patented implant to fuse the SI joint. The iFuse Implant System® provides a less invasive alternative to traditional sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion surgery and has been used in over 90,000 procedures to date. </p> <p>We are a medical device company that is focused on improving the lives of patients with sacroiliac pelvic conditions. This person is also responsible for the daily management and accuracy of the QAD ERP system. Other duties may be assigned as business requirements decide. </p> <p>Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with all applicable worldwide regulatory requirements as included in the scope of the SI-BONE Quality Manual </p> <p>The Logistics Specialist must act and conduct company business in an honest, ethical and lawful manner, consistent with the company’s Code of Conduct, other company policies and the AdvaMed Code of Conduct and/or any other applicable industry code(s) of conduct. The company does not tolerate retaliation in connection with making good faith reports of suspected violations. </p> <p><strong>Specific Responsibilities and Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>In the event of potential non-compliance with applicable standards or regulations (e.g. FDA QSRs, ISO 13485 or ISO 14971), the employee has the authority to hold any product or Quality documentation from shipment or further processing. The employee has the responsibility and authority to report any instances to Quality and/or Regulatory and the respective management team </li> <li>Process inbound and outbound inventory transactions in a manner that is both timely and accurate </li> <li>Prioritize the daily workload to minimize the impact of external constraints such as carrier pick up times </li> <li>Work directly with the sales team to maintain the accuracy of field inventory records </li> <li>Have strong relationship building skills to be able to integrate into a diverse sales organization </li> <li>Have enough analytical skills to maintain data integrity in the ERP system. Ensure that orders are managed consistent with Sales priorities and communicate order status </li> <li>Support the SI-BONE Quality System </li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge, Education and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, ERP preferably QAD</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="8" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="auto">High School Diploma</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">ERP experience desired</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span> </li> <li>Knowledge and familiarity of applicable regulations/standards (e.g. ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745, ISO 14971) as required to perform the job function </li> <li>Experience in a customer service/order processing role </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Excellent personnel management and time management, as well as the ability to perform duties with minimal staff and administrative support </li> <li>Take initiative, to meet deadlines, and to work with minimal supervision </li> <li>Handle a multi-task job and appropriately prioritize </li> <li>Interpret and apply policies and procedures appropriately </li> <li>The ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of transactional accounting flows in an ERP environment including receipts, inventory, adjustments, revenue, COGS </li> <li>Medical device industry experience is strongly preferred </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000.
