General Responsibilities:
The SI-BONE Meeting & Events Associate will primarily focus on executing tactics in support of SI-BONE’s National Meeting and Events. Reporting the Sr. Manager of US Meeting and Events He/She will support and execute pre-determined tactics in support of meeting and event channels and data analysis using company provided resources. This position may also provide support on a variety of marketing and communications activities such as sales training, direct-to-consumer, field marketing, and marketing asset development as needed.
The Meeting & Events Associate must always act and conduct company business in an honest, ethical, and strictly legal manner, complying with the Code of Conduct, other company policies, the AdvaMed Code and all applicable laws and regulations, whether national, regional, state, or local. What you will do:
- Coordinate logistics for booth set-up
- Prepare and pack booth materials as needed
- In-house and company store management of materials
- Manage the HCP request form process
- Look-up NPI data using external applications for pre-registration lists
- Use MedScout and SFDC for data analysis
- Set dinner reservations and pre-fixe menus in accordance with company policies
- Create printed digital ads and event flyers as needed
- Working with the Global Marcom Associate, coordinate social media with master event calendar to maximize SI-BONE exposure at meetings and events
- Collaborate with product managers to establish lab and dinner reservations as needed
- Adhere to the document control process for digital marketing collateral.
- Other related projects or duties may be assigned as needed.
- Support the SI-Bone Quality System.

Knowledge, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience in marketing, finance, business, or biological sciences.
- Experience working in a downstream marketing position a plus.
- Experience reading, interpreting, and using clinical research a plus.
- Experience in medical device, healthcare or other regulated field a plus.
- Experience managing large, sustained projects with a high amount of cross functional collaboration and communication.
- Experience working with large amounts of data in excel or other digital management tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with CRM tools, including Salesforce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Pardot, plus.
Salary range: $74,000 - $83,000. The compensation range for this position is specific to the location and is in good faith what SI-BONE expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
