General Responsibilities:
The Global Marcom Associate will primarily focus on executing tactics in support of SI-BONE’s digital marketing programs and campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Market Development, He/She will support and execute campaigns to improve healthcare provider (HCP) customer acquisition using data analysis from company provided resources. This position may also provide support on a variety of marketing and communications activities such as sales training, direct-to-consumer, field marketing and marketing asset development.

What you will do:
- Support established marketing and market development efforts that establish SI-BONE as the global leader in sacropelvic and spinopelvic solutions through branded and non-branded marketing including digital advertising, SEO and SEM, association marketing, programmatic, geo-targeting, email, web page editing, PowerPoint slide creation and social media marketing.
- In collaboration with product marketing, make suggestions and develop to launch digital campaigns from concept to execution, supporting clinician awareness that drives product demand generation and strategic objectives.
- Record and report key digital marketing KPIs; measure and track monthly for campaign management purposes.
- Gather digital marketing metrics as needed to help support presentations for the sales force, key customers, and senior management.
- Make recommendations to new and existing channels that drive ROI based on marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with external digital marketing and website vendors to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across channels to accelerate customer acquisition.
- In collaboration with Product Marketing, develop engaging website content to support new product launches, both in the US and Europe, support sales enablement and ensure online content remains current and compliant.
- Assist Tradeshow and Events team to support the promotion of both national, regional events.
- Assist SI-BONE Field Marketing team to optimize registrations for local webinars and aid in the execution of marketing collateral for practice-level promotion.
- Working in collaboration with product marketing, identify the benefits and competitive advantages of SI-BONE’s product offering for use in digital environments.
- Support SI-BONE corporate teams to ensure the website is kept current and that corporate communications are delivered as scheduled.
- Participate in planning and execution at sales meetings, training, industry conferences, and tradeshows as needed.
- Adhere to the document control process for digital marketing collateral.
- Other related projects or duties may be assigned as needed.

Knowledge, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience in marketing, preferably in downstream marketing, with experience in digital marketing strategies, tactics key KPIs.
- Experience reading, interpreting, and using clinical research a plus.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated fields is a plus.
- Experience developing and executing data-driven multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000. The compensation range for this position is specific to the location and is in good faith what SI-BONE expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
