This is a unique entry point into the business operations of a fast-moving tech company. As an Executive Operations Associate, you'll work directly within the Office of the Chief of Staff, supporting executive-level workflows, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic priorities across the organization. You'll gain exposure to every corner of the business from day one — sitting at the center of how Samba operates and scales.
What You'll Do
Support the Chief of Staff in tracking company-wide priorities, OKRs, and key cross-functional initiatives
Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, pre-reads, and follow-through on action items
Help manage internal communications, leadership reporting, and operational workflows
Assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews, board updates, and company all-hands
Serve as connective tissue between departments — flagging blockers and keeping initiatives on track
Identify process gaps and propose operational improvements that help the executive team move faster
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or related field (Class of 2026 preferred)
Exceptional organizational skills and relentless attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication — you can synthesize complex information clearly
Comfortable working with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, etc.) a plus

Samba TV expects to offer a base salary between $60,000 - $80,000 per year for roles to be performed in New York or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
