Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to drive adoption of our property management software (RoveCore) and help us onboard hundreds of new properties onto the platform.
The Role:
As our BDR, you'll work directly with the US-based Head of Business Development to scale our property supply. This role offers a pathway to Account Executive for top performers. We're building a sales organization and want to promote from within.
Lead Qualification and Outreach:
- Qualify inbound leads and match them with the right RoveCore features for their needs
- Initiate contact with property owners and managers through cold calls and emails
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective RoveCore users
- Communicate the value of RoveCore's listing tools, channel distribution, and automatic exposure on RoveTravel.com
Business Development:
- Identify property managers and owners who would benefit from RoveCore's free software
- Schedule product demos and onboarding calls with the Business Development team
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly property onboarding goals
- Build relationships with owners, property managers, and brokers in key markets
- Iterate quickly on feedback to improve outreach, messaging, and conversion
Who You Are:
- At least 2 years of direct or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Native-equivalent fluency in business English
- Strong discovery and qualification skills; you can run exploratory calls, handle objections, and negotiate effectively
- Personable and energetic; you enjoy building relationships
- Empathy and sales instincts, ideally within SaaS, PropTech, hospitality, or real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot), communication platforms, and web/mobile apps
- Customer-first mindset with a bias toward action
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Coachable and eager to implement feedback
Bonus Points:
- Experience selling SaaS or software products
- Background in short-term rentals, property management, or hospitality
- Startup experience
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Slack, OpenPhone, G-Suite, and Guesty
