Job Title: VP Technology and Consulting

Job duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time

Job Duties:

Determine, Evaluate, and Develop solutions to use technology, especially deep learning in candidate identification and matching and natural language processing to automatically draft responses to candidates and clients. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems. Responsible for project management resource allocation and managing budgets of custom software solutions throughout the entire software development life cycle. Partner with internal and external stakeholders who are part of the delivery ecosystem to define roles, standards, and expectations that promote constant communication and prompt issue resolution. Apply continuous improvement strategies and leanconcepts to streamline processes, maintain accurate data, and eliminate systemic defects. Manage internal engagements and implementations, including requirements gathering, agreeing on scope, scheduling, prioritizing, managingrisk and ultimately implementing the solution. Responsible for complex migrations and custom integrations with third-party applications using API,while also using an extensive set of APIs exposed as SOAP based web services.Deliver integrated solutions by technical team and make process recommendations to build modern data pipelines, data streaming, and real-time analytics. ManageSLAs, project delivery and supervise processes and implementation plans.Evaluate various IT options and decide on technology stack, including outreach solutions, applicant tracking solutions, open and click tracking, automated text messaging and other technologies. Identify new business objectives andprioritize core analysis for key functional executives. Drive translation ofcomplex business initiatives into creative, innovate business technology solutions, and ensure consistency across traditional solution boundaries.Manage complex projects from inception through delivery, and ensure benchmarksare met and projects completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with predetermined specifications. Responsible for building/maintaining resource pipelines, individual client reports/dashboards, and performance metrics along with developing project timelines and communicating with Directors/CEO/CTO toensure staffing needs are forecasted to meet client requests. Conduct architectural reviews, along with data science/architect team, of technicalsolutions. Participate in technical review calls with existing and potential clients to solve any product issues as well as stimulate more significant business opportunity. Work with Technical Architects and Team Leads for resource planning and allocation, creating and assigning responsibilities within future and existing projects to corresponding team members, and sourcing independent contractors for projects as needed.

Job Requirements: Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent inInformation Technology, Computer Science,CIS, MIS, Engineering (Any), or related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, TechnicalManager, IT Analyst, Project Manager, Client Services Manager, or related.

Must be able to travel/relocate to client sites throughout the U.S as per company needs.

SalaryRange: $163,571.00/Year to $170,000.00 Year
