Job Title: Sr. SoftwareEngineer

Job Duration: 40 Hours / Week,Permanent position, Full time.

Job Duties:

Analysis and design the architecture of software system per userneed & evaluate and identify software solutions. Develops and maintainsapplications Software and databases by evaluating client needs; analyzing requirements; developingsoftware systems. Interact with the project stakeholders to gather requirements& business needs to identify project expectations, goals, and objectives.Defining, categorizing, and prioritizing requirements to ensure appropriateoutcomes for the solution or initiative. Controlling the architecture duringthe next iteration of the system release. Develop business logic layers tohandle business rule as per requirement specification. Monitor & improvecoding standard by restricting the services and classes. Collaborating withother professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements fornew software or applications. Define all aspects of development from appropriatetechnology and workflow to coding standards. Design workflows and sequencediagram to define interaction of different business layers with data accesslayers. Define solution structure to build basic framework for services andAPIs. Participates in developing code review standards across teams with an aimto improve quality and reliability. Conduct retrospection at the end of eachdelivery to improve process and delivery. Manages deployment and directlysupport customer reported issues. Participates in establishment of long-termprocesses and measures to improve unit testing across teams. Identifies keyworkflows that need to be tested in UAT/ PROD prior to pilot or major releases.Co-ordinates to ensure testing is performed in UAT/PROD during deployments.

Job Requirements:

Required Master’s or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering (Any), or related field. + 1 year of experience in the job offered, Software Developer, Developer, Network Engineer, Software Architect, or related. Must be able to travel/relocate to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.
