The Role

We are looking for an Integrated Solutions Director (ISD) based in Tokyo to drive the adoption and growth of DV's Social and Performance solutions across the Japan market to sit within our sales organisation and work towards quarterly targets. This ISD role combines deep product expertise in DV Social solutions and DV Performance solutions with hands-on sales enablement, client engagement, and operational leadership. You will serve as the primary product evangelist and specialist for Social and Performance solutions within the Japan sales team, partnering closely with Sales, Account Managers, Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and global teams to accelerate revenue growth. A key part of this role is championing DV's integrated value proposition to clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders, helping the market understand what's possible with DV's solutions. You will be required to work from the Tokyo office a minimum of 3 days per week.

What You'll Do

Product Knowledge & Sales Enablement
  • Maintain deep expertise in DV Social and Performance solutions; stay current on new features and share updates with the team
  • Create and localize sales materials, case studies, narratives, and standardized process documents (Q&A, objection handling, onboarding guides) for the Japanese market, distilling complex solutions into clear, compelling stories that resonate with clients
  • Evangelize DV's solutions by proactively educating clients, agencies, and internal teams on the value and differentiation of DV's offerings
Sales Activity & Client Engagement
  • Build relationships with key clients and agency stakeholders at the director level across all major agencies
  • Manage the progress of individual opportunities and drive Social/Performance solution deals through the pipeline, supporting Sales and Account Managers by providing product depth and technical credibility
Testing, Onboarding & Activation
  • Lead DV Performance solution test design, onboarding, and activation across multiple platforms; collaborate with internal test teams and global support teams to ensure smooth execution

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in ad tech, digital advertising, or SaaS sales (solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical account management also considered)
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, ad servers, programmatic advertising, and social platform advertising
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with agency and advertiser stakeholders and driving multi-stakeholder deals independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese (native-level) and English (business-level) is a must
  • Available to work from the Tokyo office a minimum of 3 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience handling client objections autonomously with a solution-oriented approach
  • Experience launching product tests, managing pilots, and translating results into client value stories
  • Hands-on experience in digital ad operations or campaign optimization, with a solid understanding of campaign performance metrics
  • Comfort working with global teams across time zones

The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
