SF Bay Area
Salary range: $197,000 - $232,000
Reports to: VP of Marketing
About the role
The Product Marketing Lead sits at the intersection of product strategy and commercial execution. You’ll work with Product to bring market intel to our roadmap, equip Sales with the narrative and collateral they need to win Enterprise deals, and help guide self-serve customers from signup to conversion. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be the first product marketer for Rime, which means you get to shape what the future of the PMM function looks like alongside our VP of Marketing.
If you’ve had experience in fast-paced senior product marketing roles at developer platform, AI, or API companies, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
Own competitive/market intelligence and maintain a feedback pipeline to product, marketing, and sales.
Create collateral like video tutorials, articles, guides, and demos that will help customers understand Rime’s value.
Collaborate with senior leadership on our product and brand narrative; you’ll be the driving force behind how we talk about Rime.
Own the voice of the customer: case study content (video and written), user surveys, and community engagement (with the support of DevRel).
Drive product launches that generate commercial value from model releases to platform features.
Own partner relationships; both ecosystem and distribution partners.
Support customer expansion initiatives
Drive PLG lifecycle strategy with support from Product partners.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have strong product marketing experience in developer platforms, APIs, or technical products.
Have a proven track record of owning launches end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
Have experience working with partners to launch new products, features, and programs.
Can point to several examples of content you’ve created to support launches and features.
Excel at cross-functional collaboration.
Possess strong storytelling skills, with experience crafting compelling narratives that interrupt patterns and stand out from the crowd.
Strong candidates may have:
Experience in high-growth organizations building and scaling enterprise go-to-market
A track record of building or growing product marketing functions
Experience in highly competitive markets
Background marketing AI/ML products (extra points for voice AI experience)
-
Experience working closely with sales teams on technical assets and enablement
At Rime, we...
Are outliers
Cut through the hype to focus on the craft
Move fast with agency and freedom
Maintain a growth mindset, finding joy in the struggle
Do the right things, knowing that it'll lead to making money
If that sounds like you too, you'll be a great fit for Rime!
