RetailNext is Hiring: Sales Developement Representative

Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by actively prospecting and qualifying opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn/other social channels, etc . You will identify potential customers, understand their needs, and schedule qualified appointments with Account Directors to further discuss our solutions. This position requires strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and proficiency in CRM tools to effectively manage the sales pipeline.

Key Objective of Role:

To build a strong foundation in B2B sales while driving new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. This role leverages hands-on experience in understanding customer needs, product applications, and sales methodology – essential skills for advancing to an outside sales position responsible for closing enterprise deals.

  • Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets for outbound meetings set
  • Generate qualified opportunities that progress to next sales stages
  • Deliver specified pipeline value through outbound prospecting efforts
  • Demonstrate progressive understanding of RetailNext's product suite and applications
  • Show increasing proficiency in sales methodology
  • Build comprehensive knowledge of customer needs and use cases

Job Responsibilities, What you will do in this role:

  • Execute strategic multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns through phone calls, LinkedIn, emails, and other digital platforms
  • Research and identify key decision makers within target accounts
  • Create personalized outreach sequences across multiple channels
  • Build and optimize email templates and calling scripts
  • Maintain high volume of quality outbound activity across all channels
  • Conduct initial qualification meetings to validate prospect needs
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Track and report on all prospecting activities and results
  • Utilize sales tools and CRM to maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions
