Role:- Provide analytical chemistry research support to process improvement and new product development- Enhance methods to perform material optical characterizations- Develop experimental plans to investigate new manufacturing methodologies- Characterization of inorganic compounds and materials- Collaborate with optical design engineers- Follow and continuously improve quality management practices- Operate test equipment (Spectrometer, multimeter, photodiodes, cameras, etc.)- Potential for management trackDesired experience:- 3+ years experience performing optical characterization- 2+ years working with in vivo models- 2+ years experience with photoluminescence spectroscopy- Experience operating a laboratory environment- Demonstrated analysis of optical imaging technologies (photography, fluorescence, lifetime, etc.)- Exposure to quality management systems or ISO manufacturing environments- Experience with photocurable materials- Ability to work safely with tools commonly found in a maker-space- MS/PhD or 3+ years industry experienceHours: Full-time, benefits eligibleLocation: White River Junction, VermontInterested?
