Overview

PvX Partners is a financial services platform that provides non-dilutive capital to gaming and consumer apps designed to support their growth.

PvX Capital is a wholly owned subsidiary and fund management vehicle of PvX Partners.

As an Investment Associate based in Singapore, you will be a key player in our business and participate in the “full cycle” of transactional execution including preparing client materials, financial analyses, internal memos, due diligence, legal documentation and post-investment monitoring and support. You will also work directly with the co-founders of the business and play a huge role in fundraising, marketing, deployment and portfolio management of our new user acquisition fund.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of ad-hoc materials required to support certain origination meetings
• Financial modelling and analyses on potential investments and portfolio-level exposure
• Deal execution including structuring, diligence and documentation
• Post-investment monitoring and support
• Assist in fundraising efforts, fund monitoring and LP support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a top tier educational institution
• 1-3 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, a direct investment role (VC/PE/PC) or corporate development and strategy in a financial services start-up
• Strong excel and powerpoint skills commensurate with work experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid (2 day wfh per week), some travel may be required
