Company Description

Pheratech Systems builds decentralized swarm intelligence for autonomous systems operating in complex, low-connectivity environments. The company designs edge-based autonomy, enabling each unit to process its own sensor data, plan locally, and coordinate via mesh networking without a central controller. Its autonomy stack supports real-time decision-making and cooperative behaviors across drones, ground vehicles, and maritime platforms, and scales across missions such as perimeter security, infrastructure inspection, ISR, and convoy support. Pheratech is venture-backed and advised by senior leaders from defense, homeland security, and national labs, and is actively deploying systems while expanding into commercial and dual-use markets. The organization is growing across autonomy, systems, and operations, offering opportunities to work on cutting-edge multi-agent technologies.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote GTM, Partnerships Intern role focused on supporting go-to-market and partnership initiatives for Pheratech’s autonomy solutions. The intern will assist in mapping target markets, identifying potential strategic partners, and supporting outreach efforts to defense, commercial, and dual-use stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, preparing partnership briefs and sales collateral, and helping track opportunities in CRM or pipeline tools. The role also involves coordinating with product and operations teams to align partner needs with capabilities, assisting in meeting preparation and follow-ups, and contributing to GTM experiments and performance reporting. The intern will work closely with senior team members to gain exposure to partnerships strategy, sales processes, and the broader autonomy ecosystem.
