Job Description:

• Prepare the components specifications for centrifugal pump, Plate & Frame heat exchanger, control valves, relief device, flow transmitter, Air coolers etc.
• Develop Process flow Diagram & Piping & Instrumentation Diagram
• Sizing and Selection of pumps, control valves, Pressure relief device, orifice, heat exchanger, Flow transmitter, etc.
• Conducting technical discussion with supplier/ manufacturer to freeze specifications
• Preparing test setup and conducting the components validation tests.
• Troubleshooting of equipments/Instrumentation items.
• Component testing and qualification for alternate parts.
• Experience in Pressure Swing Adsorption Technology is preferred.
• Hands on experience with equipments like pumps, Heat Exchanger would be preferred.

Requirements and skills: -

• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 5-10 years of experience.
• Positive attitude to learn and make others learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Team player

Staff engineer should have proper understanding of process flow schemes, aware of basic process designing rules and equipment/Instrumentation sizing & selection.
