Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cupertino, CA. This position supports day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management activities across the organization. The specialist will help manage onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company standards. The role includes supporting managers and team members with HR-related inquiries, facilitating performance and feedback processes, and contributing to employee engagement and culture initiatives. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to provide consistent, high-quality HR support in a fast-growing, high-tech environment.

• Experience in a technology, semiconductor, or fast-growing startup environment is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and basic data reporting, as well as knowledge of California and U.S. employment regulations, is advantageous.
