Company Description

Nemu is a category-defining tool on a mission to help millions of families manage and divide

heirlooms (the easy way!). Nemu was started when the founder, Sarah, witnessed her Mom

struggling to figure out what-to-do-with and how-to-divide her parents' personal items after their

passing. During a period of grief, Sarah’s mom had a lot on her plate settling the estate. Figuring out

what to do with her parents’ most prized possessions was creating a lot of added stress. It was time

intensive and starting to cause her siblings to fight, jeopardizing her parents’ legacy. With 45M

families set to inherit $4T worth of heirlooms in the next 25 years, Sarah set out on a mission to

build a tool to help simplify the process for her family and countless others, so that they can focus

on what matters most during difficult life transitions.

user experience.

● Conversion Enhancement: Develop and implement solutions to increase customer

conversion rates.

● Product and Customer Journey Modifications: Tailor products and the customer journey to

suit user needs, especially for an older audience.

● Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and enhance the application's technical stack for better

performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will also be responsible for feature

development and implementation, dev architecture, and product discovery in partnership

with our ops team.

● Versatility in Development and Analysis: Shift between development, data analysis, and

tech stack assessment to optimize application performance.

● Front-End Proficiency: Utilize React.js to build responsive and efficient user interfaces.

● Back-End Development: Work with server-side technologies to ensure seamless data

integration and robust backend functionality.

What Success Looks Like:

demographic.

● Enhanced Conversion Rates: Successfully increasing customer conversions through

optimized app features.

● Agile Development: Demonstrating flexibility in switching between different aspects of

development and analysis.
