Major Responsibilities:
The maintenance coordinator is responsible for the operation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and assures that all records for equipment, instruments, maintenance, calibration, and departmental activities are created, maintained and filed.
Demonstrates an in depth understanding of production and plant processes and procedures
Works with all maintenance personnel, supervisors and office staff to ensure that proper work lists, reports and schedules are maintained, and to optimize the CMMS and work order process for accuracy, compliance, and efficacy.
Serves as a main contact for managing the CMMS and the filing and storage of work orders including related compliance issues.
Monitor, reviews, and releases all maintenance requests for conversion to a work order. Must be able to exercise judgment in the assigning of code of equipment and work requests
Maintains accuracy and validity of the asset data into the CMMS, reviews, recommends and implement CMMS and work order processes and improvements to maintain and enhance validity, accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness or reporting capability of the system. Must physically validate asset data on a regular basis.
Assist with investigations for Out of Specification incidents and Environmental Monitoring excursions and ensure timely closure.
Diagnose and trouble shoot problems/issues related to CMMS, data, and work order procedures and operations.
Demonstrate ability to communicate, understand, and evaluate technical information with departmental owners, technicians, engineers, planners, auditors, contractors, and business analyses.
Update standard operating procedures related to CMMS, work orders and data documentation, and inventory management and control.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform all work in accordance with SOPs, and GMP and Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines and local codes.
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
Requires a flexible work schedule, which will include shift work and weekends to support operating schedules, facility requirements, and / or respond to emergency call in stations.
Performs any other job-related duties assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Technical Knowledge / Experience
Hands on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, or compliance
Experience operating a Computerized Maintenance Management or ERP system and reporting.
Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, outlook, Project) with ability to analysis data using excel, SQL etc
Must be able to communicate on a technical level with technicians, engineers, and production personnel.
Must have technical aptitude, knowledge, or skill
Good organization and communication skills
Proficient spoken and written English
Positive and flexible frame of mind to react to demanding situations
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Experience in GMP document control which includes supporting creation/revision/closure of CAPAs, SOPs, logbooks, MCCPs.
Preferred Qualifications
University degree or equivalent in science.
Knowledge of GMP guidelines, Health Canada, FDA, EMEA
Experience in design and configuration of GMP Computerized Maintenance Management System including planning and scheduling.
Additional Requirements
Pre-employment medical and medical re-examination; inclusive of eye examination, performed every 2 years or as per RESILIENCE’s SOPs. Included as part of the medical is a respirator fit test (half mask), and pulmonary function test
This position requires vaccination for Hepatitis A and B
Job requires shift work including weekends, and occasional extended shifts

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $60,000.00 - $78,750.00 per year.
